Yes I just recently experienced Antoinette the hygienist, who was extremely understanding to my needs to have a manual clean due to my past experience. She was gentle, efficient and thorough with my clean. Her outstanding service will allow me to frequent the dental chair more often without doubt or fear of dental pain. Christina is the main focus in that office. She is always pleasant and courteous and accomodates every need. Thank you girls!

When I first walked into Dawson Dental, I was going into ask if they accept new patients. My husband and I were looking to change Dental Offices, due to unpleasant situations at our old Dental Office. Even though I was very upset, annoyed, frustrated, confused, belittled when I walked through the doors. I met Christina who was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Seeing Christina and the way that she handled my situation, got me smiling in no time. Another girl was sitting with Christina by the name of Susie, who was also smiling and very helpful. I knew Susie from the old place, and knew that we (hubby and I) would do wonderful at Dawson. My husband and I are so pleased with the great service that we have received in just a short time of having Dawson as our new dentist. Dawson really knows what Customer Service is all about. Their website is extremely helpful with full of very useful information. Keep up the good work, Dawson is always smiling and making sure their patients walk out pleased. I wanted to take a moment to Thank You for the courtesy and consideration extended to me at my inaugural visit to your office. In particular I am sincerely appreciative of the care and compassion you and your assistant exercised in putting me at ease. Notwithstanding the personal trauma and typical apprehension associated with the nature and scope of the services ahead of me, you respectfully acknowledged the emotion, but very patiently managed to keep the focus on the salient facts I needed to process and accept in order to formulate decisions. In addition , I genuinely appreciate that as a retiree, you recognized my financial limitations and graciously took that into consideration in determining the total fees for your services. I do not take this gesture lightly and remain truly grateful for your kindness in this regard.

Following the consultation, I was able to take the general and technical information you provided and visited a number of accredited educational websites to enhance my general knowledge with respect to endosteal mandeville endosseous implants used to support/stabilze dentures etc. It's my inquisitive nature to acquire at least a layman's understanding of how things work, particularly where they interface with the human body. I hope to learn about the integral, ongoing care knowledge necessary to prolong the effective life of any associated prosthetics prior to the procedure, so that I will understand your advice and instructions clearly.

Dr. Meyer, Christina and Beth are the best dental people I have had the opportunity to be treated by. They are all very considerate of my feelings and fears and perform above and beyond any dental experiences I have ever had.

The office gives you a feeling of home with the tv, fireplace, windows, waterfalls and beautiful pictures throughout the offices.

I have always had issues with my teeth and I find that since going to Dawson I am less threatened by the thought of a visit to the dentist. I feel that the team there is sensitive to my situation and that by working together we can create a comfortable experience. The team is caring and friendly. The employees really go out of their way to ensure a comfortable atmosphere while providing excellent oral care.

My boyfriend was terrified to go to the dentist because his teeth were so sensitive. The team handled him with kid gloves and he had his 1st cleaning in several years.
