On a referral from my fiance, I made and appointment to see Dr. Garry Kotack. Due to previous bad experiences with dentists I have post poned seeing one for quite some time. With trepidation I went to the appointment. Expecting the usual lecture and unfriendly attitude, I was seriously pleased to be greeted and treated by friendly, professional people. Dr. Kotack is an amazingly gentle and kind man whose knowledge and skill far exceed that of any other dentist I have visited. I have finally found my dentist!!

Dr. Kotack is helping me gain a beautiful smile for my wedding day. I am so very happy I kept that appointment and I will keep every appointment going forward. No more fear or unease about seeing a dentist. I just wish I had met him years ago.

I wanted to take a moment to Thank You for the courtesy and consideration extended to me at my inaugural visit to your office. In particular I am sincerely appreciative of the care and compassion you and your assistant exercised in putting me at ease. Notwithstanding the personal trauma and typical apprehension associated with the nature and scope of the services ahead of me, you respectfully acknowledged the emotion, but very patiently managed to keep the focus on the salient facts I needed to process and accept in order to formulate decisions. In addition , I genuinely appreciate that as a retiree, you recognized my financial limitations and graciously took that into consideration in determining the total fees for your services. I do not take this gesture lightly and remain truly grateful for your kindness in this regard.

Following the consultation, I was able to take the general and technical information you provided and visited a number of accredited educational websites to enhance my general knowledge with respect to endosteal mandeville endosseous implants used to support/stabilze dentures etc. It's my inquisitive nature to acquire at least a layman's understanding of how things work, particularly where they interface with the human body. I hope to learn about the integral, ongoing care knowledge necessary to prolong the effective life of any associated prosthetics prior to the procedure, so that I will understand your advice and instructions clearly.

It's not just a dentist- it's a detal experince. why go to just a barbar when you can be pampered in a salon.

Its relaxing! I know a lot of people that hate dental visits and I recommend Dawson because I feel so relaxed when I'm there!

The atmosphere isn't like most dentist's office, it doesnt smell funny, the receptionist isnt behind glass and everyone is very friendly. Dawson has taken great care in incorporating customer service in thier buisness.
