As a Disabled person I find that Dr. Rassam and two of the hygienist (Priyam and Crystal) are very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to understanding disabilities and individual needs. They have treated me with kindness and dignity. I would recommend these three individuals for disabled people. Some of the others need to be more educated in regard to disabilities.

Went for my first extraction. I cried as if I had lost something when the first tooth came out and they did not make me feel stupid. I will definitely be back when my other teeth need extracted.

Throughout the 1.5 years of my trays, the office was patient and commited to getting me the exact results I wanted to see. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone considering ortho work in the area.

Had my first hygiene appointment with Caitlin yesterday. I have to be honest, it's been a while and I was nervous about it. Caitlin was fantastic. She really listened when I told her all the issues I was having, and I didn't feel judged about my oral health or how long it's been since my last dental appointment. She really made me feel comfortable, and before I knew it the appointment was over. I don't think I've ever had a hygiene appointment like it before. Thank you to the Dawson Dental team for taking me on short notice and making me feel like part of the family.

I have been going to Dr. Taylor and now Dr. Stein for over 45 years! Even before they became 'Dawson Dental'. I travel an hour and a half from Orillia to Newmarket because they have made 'going to the dentist' an enjoyable experience.

I need to preface my review by saying that I am super afraid of the dentist. I had some bad experiences when I was younger, which turned me off completely.
Prior to my initial visit at Dawson Dental Brampton Wexford, it had been more than 10 years since I had seen a dentist (I know - don’t judge me!)
I had broken/chipped several teeth over the last 5 or so years, but I had no pain so I left them. It wasn’t until something was hurting that I had to bite the bullet and find a dentist.

I picked Dawson Dental because of the 5 star reviews and the testimonies in the reviews of a gentle dentist.

I was not disappointed.

Dr. Pearl was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything. He gave me breaks when he could see I needed them and booked extra time so I wasn’t too stressed out.

Ana and Christine at the front are awesome. They always make me feel welcome, are so friendly, supportive and have a great sense of humour.

All in all, I would 100% recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Please read. I am a very nervous person when it comes to dental clinics because of past experiences and I am just generally afraid. BUT HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL CLINIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I cannot describe how happy I am today. It was my first appointment and I did xrays and cleaning. Hygienist, Vanessa did them all for me and she was so kind, honest and super empathetic. She personalized the experience for me and since I don't have too much insurance coverage they worked around my budget too. Who does that? No dental clinic I have ever been to ever did that! I did my Invisalign treatment with Dr Amira at Dawson Dental Aurora. My experience was simply perfect. The treatment plan was thoroughly explained to me and, now that I'm done, I'm so happy with the results. My teeth have never been more straight and aligned. Its been three years I am going to this clinic, couldnt be more satisfied. Dr. Horenfeldt is the best oral surgeon. He is your go to person if you are scared of tooth extractions, my wisdom tooth extraction went so smooth brcause of his experienced hands. I recommend him to all my friends. I have had some dental procedures done by Dr. Hannoudi and his capable assistant Wajiha. In my seventy+ years, I have never had a dentist so committed to the dental well-being of his patients. Dr. Hannoudi is one of the most decent human beings I have ever met, very respectful and pleasant --a true professional. Furthermore, I am amazed at the quality of his work. I am very grateful for what this doctor has done for me.

I was super freaked out by the dentist.... Until I met Dr Nessim. He's honest, funny and made me feel comfortable. I went from dentalphobia to getting fillings and invisalign. I'd highly recommend Dr Nessim. We even chatted via text regarding a procedure I had done and how I was recovering. The dental hygienists are fun and also made me feel comfortable. I've been going to my same dentist for 25 years! Their service has been unwaveringly exceptional. All 3 kids had their wisdom teeth removed at his office. I've had a root canal done, I want to say a good 20 years ago with no issues since. I was recommended to a wonderful orthodontist team whose expertise gave my 2 daughters their million dollar smiles back. (I still say it's the best money I've ever spent.)
Can't say I wasn't a little worried when the name changed. However, the transition was seamless (for me anyway). The same great staff are there and the new ones I've met so far are living up to the same high standards I've been used to.
I would recommend the team at Wexford Square any and every day of the week! They rock. Shout out to Dr.Pearl and Anna!!

Too bad I can't give 6/5 stars! Dr. Rick is hands down the best dentist anyone and their family can have. He is straightforward and up front. If he says you need something done, you know it has to be done and that he can be trusted to do a perfect job. He is meticulous and will not tolerate anything but perfection. He is as painless as a dentist can get. He pre-freezes; you don't see any needle- you hardly feel it and if preferred, he has laughing gas! I bring my whole family, including my older parents from Toronto because he is well worth the trip(s)! I usually don't fill out these things but I can't not do this for Dr. Rick.

Laura & Lara are awesome!! All the staff are very warm and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dawson is very professional. You will have a world class experience at this facility.

I always am happy with my experiences at Dawson Dental in Aurora. If you are looking for a dental centre, Dawson Dental is where you should go! All the workers there have a positive attitude and are kind. The dental hygiensts are very thorough when cleaning teeth. The dentists are very knowledgable and terrific . The front staff are very welcoming and nice. Finally, the office is very nice and clean. I don't live very close to Dawson Dental, but still decide to go there because of how awesome it is!

This is honestly an amazing dentist office with an excellent staff that make you feel like family I don't go there very often but they already know my name and say hi if they see me outside of work it's not just a dentist office it's a family they will treat you as such they are very accommodatingpersonally I was petrified about getting any dental work done but thanks to them I'm no longer scared so in closing I cannot possibly recommend a better place to go.

You ladies make this scared girl feel so comfortable and relaxed at my appointments. Usually dental visits give me anxiety but the reassurance I get from everyone there literally warms my heart! Had my cleaning with Brittany today as well as a root canal. Honestly it was an amazing experience! I’ve always hated dental visits my entire life and today was the best experience I’ve ever had.

In my past, I have had several unfortunate dental experiences which all involved pain. So unfortunately I became a "dentalphobe." That all changed with Dr. Marr at Dawson Dental Aurora. The office staff are welcoming and professional, from the front desk to the assistants, and to the hygienists. But I was most concerned about my experience with the Dentist. I can proudly say I have been a patient of Dr. Marr's for several years now and have had fillings, extractions..you name it, I've had it. And NO PAIN!! I have honestly asked her how she can give me a dental needle and I not feel it? She is professional, warm, up-to-date on all dental procedures and I can personally guarantee anyone who feels anxiety about going to the dentist ... she is the one you need to see. Dr. Thakkar and his assistant Lara were simply amazing, they addressed my "emergency" concerns, consulted me and painlessly attended to the issue. Dr. Thakkar even took the time to speak with my spouse via telephone (a former Dentist) regarding my decision for therapy and copied me the x-ray - now that's exceptional service! The overall practice, staff and atmosphere are amazing - thank you Doctor & the Staff @ Dawson!
