As a Disabled person I find that Dr. Rassam and two of the hygienist (Priyam and Crystal) are very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to understanding disabilities and individual needs. They have treated me with kindness and dignity. I would recommend these three individuals for disabled people. Some of the others need to be more educated related to disabilities. Communication needs are well handled by front desk staff as a Deaf person I've never had difficulties communicating with them. Overall everyone I've met over the years is very understanding to working with someone who uses a power chair and they provide a room large enough to work on me in my chair. They are also very welcoming to service dogs.

I have been going to Dawson Dental on 89 Dawson Road for a little over 2 years now. My experience has always been positive even throughout all of the extensive work that I had done. The staff and dentists are very friendly kind and knowledgeable. The wait is never long and once you’re in there are TV’s on the walls and ceilings for added comfort… or you could just listen to the radio or nothing at all. If you are looking for a great dentist this is the place to go.

They provide free parking for customers and work easily with our insurance provider. They're friendly and always make me feel welcome.
