  • I have been a patient at Dawson Dental for more than ten years. I initially moved my services to this location to follow my dentist who had moved to this establishment. She has since moved on but I stayed on with Dawson Dental. Although I have to travel from another city to remain a patient in their care I wouldn't have it any other way. No matter what dentist was assigned to me I have always had excellent service and care. It almost feels like I am part of a very caring family and my most recent experience was no different. I recently had a dental emergency - Dr. Nessim was assigned to my care. He was able to address the problem immediately and he took the extra time to address the issue in the same visit. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his warm friendly air. I was very grateful to have this emergency dealt with in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dawson Dental to anyone looking for optimal dental expertise in a warm and caring environment. It is an honor to be a part of the Dawson Dental family.

  • Dawson Dental Guelph South is a fantastic office to be a patient with. I recently moved to another Dawson Dental closer to home but for years I drove over an hour back to this office for its exceptional quality staff and welcoming environment. Dr Tai is a kind and experienced Dentist who always pays attention to your needs and worked with me while getting over my dental anxiety. Overall it felt like this office cares about giving you quality dental work and cares about making sure you’re happy with it. I recommend the Guelph South location to anyone

  • In all of my dental experience this is the first place that genuinely cares for your dental health and are not just trying to make money off of you like many other businesses. The best part is that they don't rush the appointments and really take there time to go over x rays and treatment plans which really makes a difference. I've been recommending this clinic to everyone I know. One of the best dawson locations out there to anyone who visits will know why! The management is truly so sweet and caring.   • I had one of my teeth fall out while eating lunch at work. Searched Google for emergency dental and called. They were very professional and kind and got me in the next day to reconstruct/repair my tooth. Was completely amazed at how quick it was never used gas before but this time I did and why did I never use it before. Felt like ten minutes but it was really 45. Amazing wonderful people there that I can’t thank enough for helping me. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much!

  • I had a dental emergency today and was very pleased that they accomodated me the same day. Erin and Jen who I talked to on the phone early morning were 10/10. I am supposed to see the dentist at 2:50pm but was very lucky to see the dentist earlier because an opening came at 12:20pm. The staff are very friendly the moment I got in. The dentist who saw me was very excellent. Even the the dental assistant was very nice to me. Would recommend this place!

  • Had an appointment today at Dawson Dental and what a great experience! The receptionists were so welcoming the second I entered the office and everyone was so kind. The exam rooms were clean the staff were friendly the hygienist was gentle and informative and the dentist took the time to answer any questions and explain any concerns. Would absolutely recommend this office!

  • Great experience this week at Dawson Dental. Very friendly staff both at the front desk and the dental staff. I was able to get an appointment quickly and split it into two visits so I could go in during my lunch hour from work. Quick thorough and gentle - all of my concerns were addressed professionally and with consideration. Would definitely recommend.

  • This dental team of Dr Shen and staff are excellent. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly the assistants and hgienists make you feel at ease. They went above and beyond and delivered a beautiful bouquet of roses and carnations for our 60 th wedding anniversary. Great team. Happy to call them our dental office.
