This was the first dentist office we tried since we moved to Kingston and I am pretty confident in saying it is where we’ll keep going as long as we are living here. The staff are so nice and I have no complaints about appointments they start right on time or within only a few minutes wait. Our dental hygienist is Shahida and she deserves 5 stars all day! I’ve had cleanings in the past with other hygienists who don’t take as much care or concern so I appreciate her skill knowledge and all of her helpful feedback! She’s a very kind and friendly person as well so I always feel comfortable. Dr. Gabriel was our dentist up to now and he too deserves top marks can’t say enough about him I hope he enjoys his retirement. Looking forward to getting to know more the new dentist who I’ve only met once so far but also seems very knowledgeable and friendly! I cannot recall the names of the front staff but they too are 5 5 stars for service they definitely seem to take care of the place keeping everything running smoothly. I appreciate their appointment reminders as well! All in all if you are looking for a new dentist I definitely recommend trying here.

I really appreciate this place! I've been to specialized dentists around Canada and USA with a complex background that frankly not only dentists but even Oral Surgeons in the city shy away from so much that I get left hanging for treatment being passed around like a hot potato. At this point I had a serious infection and Collins Bay's staff were gold getting me in asap. The dentist was a Boss and didn't play games to delay/defer like most do- he saw the forest for the trees and got down to business. It also was short notice and a difficult procedure but he didn't waver.
I can't say the depth of gratitude I have for that kind of person. Especially since I was a bit skiddish (have some medical traumas I'm still resolving) but he even put up with that like a champ.
What is this place?
Very grateful to have these people in Kingston.

It’s been about a month now from having my teeth taken out and immediate dentures put in it sure was a scary a process for me. Dr. Shanda Pervez is by far the most lovey dentist I’ve had in my entire life she was very sweet caring and extremely calm. She made my experience much easier and way less stressful I can’t thank her enough. So thank you again I truly appreciate the work you did for me and my bank account definitely appreciates you sticking to the quote you guys gave me. I know for a fact she could have charged me more but she chose not to as she wanted to stick to the quote she gave me. I genuinely cant praise this office enough.

We have been a client of Collin’s Bay Dental for many years and recently changed hands after Dr Gabriel retired but their service remains the same excellent! The front desk staff are awesome very pleasant and welcoming. I find our dental hygienist Shahida to be very knowledgeable friendly professional does an excellent cleaning job and gives you tips for your daily cleaning routine. I had the pleasure of meeting the new dentist twice now Dr Morozov and find him to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
I would highly recommend Shahida to anyone who is looking for a good dental hygienist.

Overall a great experience! All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Melissa was my dental hygienist. I instantly felt comfortable with her. She didn’t make me feel rushed. She was open to answering my questions and explained everything in detail. The cleaning itself was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. My teeth haven’t felt this clean in a long time. I’ve been disappointed in the past at other clinics where the appointment is less than 15 minutes and my teeth don’t feel any cleaner. I’m so glad I switched to this clinic. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

Such a positive experience! As someone who has had a lifetime 'dread' of a visit to the dentist even for a routine cleaning I am so pleased to say that I am finally getting over my fear and anxiety. From the moment you walk in the door the atmosphere is pleasant and calming. There is an awareness of the anxiety some people feel and throughout the cleaning I was treated with patience and gentleness. The care and attentiveness to my specific anxieties and the 'pacing' allowing me to stop and just breathe as I needed. Thank you so much!

Nothing but great things to say. Every person I've encountered here has been very kind and helpful. My last couple of appointments have been with Melissa (hygienist) and she is lovely. Dr Gibrayel made me feel so comfortable during my first visit a year or two ago. I came for a second opinion after getting a bad feeling about my last dentist. I gladly made the switch. He retired (congrats!) but the new dentist is awesome too. Very happy with the services here.

I recently had a fantastic experience with my dental hygienist Shahida! From the moment I sat in the chair she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly thorough explaining every step of the cleaning process and offering helpful tips for maintaining oral health at home. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Shahida for anyone looking for a positive stress-free dental experience.

As much as I dislike going to the dentist I do enjoy the atmosphere of this Dental Office. The front end staff always great me with a smile my hygienist Shahida was amazing. The technique she used during my cleaning saved me from any jaw pain and the freezing gel she used was top notch!! Dr Morozov is very personable explains issues and upkeep clearly and is always smiling!
