I've never felt so at home in a dental clinic quite like Dawson Dental! I've grown to dislike most other *Dentists* in the town of North Bay as they're usually cocky head strong and don't pay enough attention to detail when their Hygienist/Staff communicate with them. HERE everyone is in sync. Everyone is understanding and kind. Every aspect of this establishment is professional courteous and organized. The goal here is to fix teeth not drain your bank account or try to sell you unnecessary items such as invisaline. Prices are also at a respectable rate. (Ie at the dental clinic above shoppers they charged $540 for a tooth extraction. At Dawson Dental $270. Apoox half the price.) Aside from the professional aspect: everyone portrays a sense of empathy and understanding. I'm beyond happy about my experience and excited to call this my new Dental Clinic Home!

It has been years since I have been to my dentist but as I get older it is time to address my teeth issues. I was very nervous initially but Dr. Anjali Agarwal and her assistants put me right at ease. Even though it was just a consultation and X rays were taken they guided me through the procedures comfortably. Very friendly and informative of what needs to be done. She even got a second opinion from another dentist and I concur with what needs to be done. We are going to do it in stages and I love that idea. I will finally be able to smile again. Shout out to the young guy on reception who did the billing. I will get his name next visit. Very friendly. All in all a great experience! Highly recommend Dawson Dental.

Virginia was absolutely amazing in keeping me calm. I'm petrified at the dentist and needles and completely forgot about the numbing needle at my recent appointment but she kept me talking and was super kind and friendly.
Also appreciate the staff for calling when I was coming late and checking in to see when I was arriving and waiting for me.
Also when I bit my cheek after eating food too quickly after a cavity filling they got me in that day to look at it and took me in the back right away to confirm nothing happened. Greatly appreciate how fast they were and ensuring I didn't further hurt myself.

Dawson Dental is absolutely the best dental office! Dr S. Amy and Gayatri are exceptional at what they do. They go above and beyond for their clients and with the utmost care. Dr S is very patient and gentle with his procedures. The office constantly follows up with me for my upcoming appointments and they really work with you. It is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Do not think twice before going there you will not be disappointed😄! The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly and the whole office feels like family! Thank you again for everything you done have for me!

My husband suggested Dawson Dental when I ran into an issue with a back tooth. They were able to get me in last minute (as I was going out of town) and I ended up having to get a tooth pulled. Since I have booked appointments to ensure better teeth health resulting in cleanings and multiple fillings needing to be replaced. All the techs for the basics as well as Dr. Anjali (sp?) and Hans for the more intrusive work have always wonderful. Always leave satisfied and have/would recommend to others!

From the moment we walked in the door she took care of him as a medical professional should however catered and adapted to my sons personality and energy. This is a true example of someone who is devoted and passionate for the health of patients in her care. You are the best Erin ! Thank you for all that you do.

It was a coincidence that I chose the clinic Dawson Dental in north bay and I truly feel privileged the whole team is wonderful very respectful!! I especially want to congratulate the tireless work of DR Anjali! with dedication to work care and discipline and her assistant Hans!! who care for the client like a member of the family. In any situation and emergency they are always to help us Thank your all very much!!

I have been going to the Dawson Dentist at the medical building sense I was very young women at age 27 or younger and I'm 60 years old now. I have always been treated with respect and the workers there are all very nice and caring and very gentle while working in your mouth
. The Dentist's are great no complaints at all . I truly give them 5 Stars . Thank you very much see you again in 3 months ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff totally changed my opinion on not liking the dentist. From the front staff to the dentist they all make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gavin was absolutely amazing. He was very gentle and got everything done faster then I expected. It feels good to have someone take the time to explain things to you. I recommend them 100%

I had a great experience with Dr. Srivastava and the Dawson Dental team. They were professional compassionate and took the time to explain everything which made the process much easier. The whole team was attentive and ensured I felt supported the entire time. I’m really grateful for the care I received!
