  • I was paired randomly with this dentist about 6ish years ago through one of those apps that gives you a gift card for signing up. It was a great match though! I'm very happy with the care I've received here. They seem to have all the modern equipment and conveniences and it's very comfortable. I thought it was very cool that they have an imaging device so they can monitor changes in your teeth/gums over time without relying on manual measurements. They have a big TV on the wall and ceiling with Netflix to watch whatever you want. There's a coffee machine and a cooler with soft drinks (for some reason I never take any because it feels wrong to have something bad for your teeth at the dentist lol). They are always friendly and very nice to deal with even when I'm being delinquent with my appointments. The hygienists are friendly and gentle. They - and the dentists - take the time to explain options provide advice and check in with me on any concerns. No sales pressure to get special/cosmetic treatments. I didn't think I had that much to say about my dentist but I guess I do! Price wise I don't know what the going rate is but for a cleaning I paid about $250 and it was about an hour long appointment. There is a tiny parking lot out front but the Green P on the other side of the building across from the Tim Hortons usually has tons of spots.

  • I can’t rate Portrait dental enough. From little things like realising if a customer texts in that they probably want a text not an irritating call. They handle all the details well and with care. They know that I have pretty intense dental anxiety and they made it so easy to handle it helps a lot. I was able to call in one time and they got me in the next day! And one time they got me in the same day. Can’t beat that. Tbh I am an awful patient I haves had bad experiences (before portrait dental) and as such I do get pretty scared and nervous. Portrait do a lot of little things that does make it easier. Before I joined portrait I would put off appointments as long as possible and just freak out on the day. Since working with Dr.Mateo I have found it drastically better. He gets to know you and has a very positive and easy going attltitude which really helps start on a calm moment. I also really appreciate them making me relax the dental nurse is also so reassuring. They are both so great and made a experience that I was dreading to something quite pleasant really All of the team are very

  • Portrait Dental offers a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. The clinics are not only cozy but also impeccably clean which really adds to the comfort of the visit. They even provide complimentary refreshments making your wait for appointments a lot more enjoyable. The presence of TVs inside the clinics is a thoughtful touch; it certainly helps pass the time while you're waiting for your procedure to finish. Moreover I was impressed by the dentist who attended to me. They were incredibly informative taking the time to explain my options clearly and addressing my concerns with expertise. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Portrait Dental truly stands out for their excellent service and patient-centered approach. Highly recommended!

  • I had a wonderful dental appointment and procedure at Portrait Dental Clinic. From booking an appointment to the procedure itself it went well and smoothly. The receptionist were so kind and accommodating they welcome you with a smile. Based from my previous experience from other dental clinics I thought it's gonna be a memorable painful experience but it was the other way I didn't feel any pain at all. Dr. Matteo and his assistant was fantastic. I definitely recommended this clinic to my friends and classmates. Thank you again Portrait Dental Clinic. I am very happy.

  • Ok I've only been here once for a first cleaning and I'm coming off another dentist who was frankly not running a great show (pushy poorly trained hygienists lots of other issues) - but by contrast Portrait Dental was excellent. The first cleaning (with Brittany) went super well; no pain no fuss. Everyone was cordial/professional and the first time appointment freebies were a nice touch. I may have more to say after future visits but right now I'd give Portrait an easy 5/5. If you're in Liberty give them a shot.

  • I was really pleased with my recent appointment with Portrait Dental. Everything was excellent from the hygienic and modern facilities to the kind and skilled employees. I felt at ease and comfortable since the dentist was not only knowledgeable and informed but also took the time to go over each stage of the procedure. All during my visit I could see the dedication to patient care and attention to detail. Portrait Dental comes highly recommended from me to anybody looking for excellent dental care. :-)

  • First and foremost I have to say I am extremely anxious when it comes to the dentist. I visited Dr Matteo to get my tooth looked at and he said I needed an implant I was terrified to get it done but not only did Dr Matteo put me at ease he was an amazing dentist. The day of the procedure he was calm and kind and I literally woke up as I had a minor sedation and it was like nothing happened. He is an incredible dentist and I would refer him to anyone.

  • I wish I had switched to them sooner. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Extremely clean offices and Even have TVs in every room where you can watch Netflix during the procedure Dr is excellent and the staff is great. Very welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!! I would recommend this office to everyone! ❤️
