"I was 2 minutes late with my appointment the staff at the front still greeted me pleasantly after apologizing for my lateness. They called me right away and met the hygienist ( IRENE ) who was very amiable. She explained to me carefully the procedures that she will perform . I agree to it after her detailed explanation. I understood completely the things what is needed and the things that she was doing . I did admire her sense of interactions with patients. She made me feel at ease considering i am a bit nervous and Irene keeps asking me if am okay. That made me feel comfortable after.
The staff are very cordial. The place is clean and neat. The staff are knowledgeable and i admire their sincerity and candidness. Irene is amazing in explaining for the things she was doing. She made sure i was aware of the procedures what is going to happen after each procedures. No surprises. "

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Jeff over the weekend and I couldn’t be more impressed. Having been a patient for the last two years I’ve consistently experienced excellent care. From the moment we walked in the staff was prompt and welcoming creating a friendly atmosphere. The office itself is clean and efficient which adds to the overall positive experience.
Dr. Jeff’s customer service is exceptional; he takes the time to listen and thoroughly explain every step of the process. What stood out most was how great he is with kids. He has a natural ability to make them feel comfortable and engaged making our visits much easier.
Overall the combination of Dr. Jeff's thoroughness the cleanliness of the office and the attentive support from his team makes this practice a top choice. Highly recommended!

I've been going to this clinic for almost 10 years now. I love the customer service at this clinic. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience.
I had a dental implant done here by Dr. Dan. I'm very happy with my dental implant. Dr. Dan guided me through entire procedure making me feel very comfortable with the process from beginning to end. He did a wonderful job. His attention to detail is impeccable. It's been several months now and I have no issues with my implant. I guess that's what to expect from a job well done.
I also love seeing my hygienist Irene. She's friendly and personable. We have some good laughs together even with her tools in my mouth lol.
Bottom line: I recommend Dawson Dental

I recently visited Dawson Dental and had the pleasure of being treated by Bernice the dental hygienist.
Her attention to detail was outstanding—she didn’t rush through any part of the procedure and made sure everything was done with great care while keeping me informed every step of the way. I particularly appreciated how gentle she was especially during the more sensitive areas of the cleaning. It was clear that she prioritized my comfort and well-being frequently checking in to make sure I was okay and making adjustments as needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor really made a difference.
I highly recommend Bernice for anyone looking for excellent care from a dedicated dental hygienist!

A few years ago I had an implant done by another dentist and my experience was not the best so of course I hesitated to initiate the other 2 I had to do until a friend of mine who had done a full upper set with Dr. Galfand. From the initial visit until the crowns placed today my experience has been nothing but amazing. The procedure of placing the posts was simple and didn’t feel anything not even pressure. The entire team worked so hard to ensure I had my crowns done before my trip. Thank you Dr. Galfand Claire Sogol and the rest of the team . If you are looking for true professionals for implants I highly recommend the services of Dr. Galfand and his team at Dawson Dental!

The staff were all so friendly and the facility was very clean. I went for a filling and Doctor Jeff and his assistant were very informative and diligent. He and his assistant took the time to explain the procedure along with possible solutions referring me to a specialist for my wisdom removal.
I also saw the Hygienist for a cleaning and it was a great experience. She was very careful making sure I wasn’t in pain and was also very informative on the health of my teeth.
By far this has been a pleasant dental visit of mine in a long time and would highly recommend everyone this clinic.

one of my front teeth broke this morning ( Sunday) which was not only a shock but then a horror to me. I searched for an emergency dental clinic and found Dawson Dental (Victoria Park location) who at first were all booked but later they contacted me with an appointment. From the first contact to the outcome the experience was wonderful. The staff are kind caring and patient while Dr Daniel Greenspan was able to put me at ease quickly. I could have been hysterical:). I really appreciated his approach and resolution presented. I am really grateful they were available. thank you.

"From the moment I walked in everyone made the process so smooth and welcoming. Anna and Dr. Li were unbelievably kind. Their genuine concern put me at ease right away and they both explained every step of the process to me. I haven't had pleasant dentist appointments in the past which is part of the reason I ended up where I am. But I'm extremely happy to have had the luck to come across them both and Dawson Dental Scarborough. I don't know a lot of people who say they love to go to the dentist but their bedside manner and kindness will certainly have me going back"

Amazing. From the smiles at the front desk to Anna and Dr. Starkman my visit today was amazing. This is a super friendly and professional dental office. I needed an appointment this week and they fit me in. The work I had done was complicated but they made it a good experience. I recommend Dawson Dental and if you haven't noticed they're available 7 days a week. (My experience with other dentists here has also been great. Amazing chair side manner. This is very important - to be made aware of what is going on. I was very impressed.)

My first visit to Dawson Dental was such a great experience. Such a warm and pleasant welcome from the staff at the front desk. A very very enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere. The Dentist and the Hygienist were so kind gentle and caring. Made me feel very comfortable and anxiety free. Wish I had changed Dentists sooner. This was the first time I have ever had a Hygienist tell me the cost of my treatment before it was done. I was wowed. So glad my husband and I chose Dawson Dental to be our new dentists.
