I used to really dislike going to the dentist because it meant an hour of poking and bleeding gums. I've never had a very good dental experience until I started going to Dawson Dental. They are a great bunch of medical professionals. I see Melissa at Dawson on Northfield and she's an incredible dental hygenist. She's gentle yet thorough and it's honestly an hour that I really enjoy. She's so friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend booking with Melissa if you want to change how you feel about going to the dentist.

Dawson dental in waterloo is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are super friendly. Leanne in the office is absolutely amazing helps with every need you may have if in her power to do so. Dr Vyas and his dental staff are also magicians..... im no easy pleaser when it comes to the dentist i have suffered with a severe phobia my entire life but Dr. Vyas sparkles and sorry i forgot the rest of the staff that worked on this train wreck of a mouth you all did a stunning job. Thank you

My 5 yrs old who is non verbal was comfortable with them and received the utmost care ! I especially thank Dr.Vyas and the dental assistant Afifa ! The receptionist that met us at the front was very kind and put on shows that my son liked to make him feel very comfortable. The patience and care we were given by every staff member is memorable and my son left with a beautiful smile on his face. I as a parent left feeling heard and happy . Thank you Dawson Dental for this wonderful experience

I’ve been receiving dental care from Dawson Dental in Waterloo for just over a year and have had nothing but great experiences with the lovely staff. During procedures the dentists and assistants always check in to make sure that I am comfortable - the TVs on the ceilings in the exam rooms are also a big bonus! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good experience at the dentist!

I took all 3 of my kids for a cleaning at Dawson Dental. They accommodated my request for a Saturday appointment. Since they didn’t have a hygienist that morning the dentist him self did the cleanings! He was very kind professional and took his time with the cleaning procedure. I highly recommend this dentistry to everyone! Deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you

I was putting off wisdom teeth removal for a long time as I do not enjoy the dentist. But had to go in urgently as my wisdom teeth were growing in at an angle where they would be impacting my other teeth. I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. Went under anesthesia the Doctor did such a great job. I was back to working the next day. Had little to no pain.

This has been my dental office of choice for a few years now. They consistently set a high standard in customer service and dental care. My hygienist today was Kamilla. I would recommend her to anyone that schedules regular cleanings. She was excellent - timely service no pain or discomfort during the cleaning and very professional.

Had an implant done Dr vyas and his wonderful assistant afifa made the process easy and comfortable. Dawson dental made me feel safe and i definitely recommend this place to anybody who has anxieties surrounding dentists:) lovely staff and clean environment
